Christoph Keller was born in 1950 in Glarus, Switzerland. Since 1970 he has been internationally active as a recitalist and recording artist. He has toured in many European countries and in Japan and has been invited to festivals such as the Salzburger Festspiele, the Lucerne Festival, the Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte Montepulciano and the Schlossfestspiele Potsdam.
From 1984 to 2000 he has been editor of "Dissonanz/Dissonance", a journal devoted to contemporary music and published by the Association of Swiss Musicians. From 1984 to 2010 Keller was a recording producer with the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation, for which he has organised concert cycles such as "Interpreters as Composers", "Music and Revolution" and "100 years of Brecht and Eisler".
